PRSA is proud to launch Coffee and Conversations, a new series of events aimed at bringing together public relations professionals to exchange best practices and advice. The 2017 series will focus on managing a social media crisis.

Attendees of the program will break into small groups and take a deep dive into several high profile social media crisis case studies guided by a moderator, while sharing how their own organizations and agencies prepare for and respond to crises.

The event will conclude with a debrief session, where moderators will report out to the larger group key take-a-ways from their discussions.
