PR pros are busy, busy, busy, now more than ever. Our professional lives are often driven by the needs of others and the high expectations we set for ourselves. This retreat offers a chance to practice self-care by releasing the false narrative of perfection, reconnecting with your values, and learning how mindfulness can be a PR superpower.
PRSA Rochester is offering two (2) 40-minute mindfulness retreats, led by Melissa Mueller-Douglas, LMSW, founder and facilitator of MYRetreat. The sessions include intention setting, body scan, chocolate mindfulness (BYOC: bring your own chocolate!), and gratitude journaling. Registration will be capped at 25 participants per session.
