The mission of the PRSA Rochester Chapter's Diversity Committee is to intentionally promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Public Relations profession in the Greater Rochester area by providing professional learning opportunities for PR professionals and the organizations in which they work. 

As communicators, we are best positioned to create welcoming environments and experiences where everyone belongs. The language we use, the direction we provide to leaders, and the learning we participate in benefit not only ourselves and our organizations, but our communities. Diversity of thought, experience, and background are key in making our companies inclusive and resilient.
