PRSA Rochester Chapter Sponsorship Program

Overview:

Sponsorship with PRSA Rochester raises awareness of your brand through advertising and networking.

If you are a company recruiting new employees, seeking new business, or building your brand, becoming a PRSA Rochester chapter sponsor is the perfect way to raise your visibility. The chapter is a large, influential community of public relations and communications professionals in the Greater Rochester region. Our members span across more than 90 different organizations, including corporations, agencies, non-profits, academic institutions and general practitioners.

In-kind goods and services offered (such as donated ad space by a media company) are subject to approval of the PRSA Rochester board of directors.

Sponsors will be highly visible on our website and at our many events:

  • Prism Awards Event: Rochester’s PRISM Awards recognize work that meets the highest standards of performance in public relations. The event typically attracts about 200 professionals from a variety of employers across the region.

  • Professional Development Meetings: PRSA Rochester hosts numerous professional development meetings throughout the year for a variety of educational and networking experiences. Events typically attract more than a quarter of our key membership as well as other professionals from the area.

  • Website: prsarochester.org, attracts about 50,000 visitors annually, and includes frequent, consistent promotion of our chapter’s events, cross-referenced through our social media channels 

Platinum Sponsor - $5,000

Platinum Sponsors are entitled to the following benefits:

Prism Awards Event

  • Complimentary corporate table with preferred placement at the event (6 seats).

  • Sponsor of pre-gala cocktail reception with on-site signage (provided by sponsor) and opportunity to showcase products, services, or product giveaways (pending PRSA board approval).

  • Three (3) complimentary PRISM award entries.

  • Recognition on all social media channels and printed materials, including invitations and program.

  • One brochure and/or one promotional item at each seat during the awards show.

Professional Development Meetings

  • Sponsorship of every meeting/program in a 12-month period; concurrent with where the sponsorship agreement begins.

  • Logo placed in meeting/program announcements in which sponsored events are publicized.

  • Logo placed under the Sponsor tab on prsarochester.org. Page will also include a description of the organization and a link to its website.

  • Verbal recognition at every meeting/program by the PRSA Rochester president during opening announcements.

  • Two (2) complimentary seats to every meeting.

  • One brochure and/or one promotional item at each seat during the meeting sponsored.

  • Monthly program topic suggestion (subject to approval by PRSA Professional Development Chair).

Diamond Sponsor - $2,500

Diamond Sponsors are entitled to the following benefits:

Prism Awards Event

  • Three (3) complimentary invitations to the PRISM dinner

  • Two (2) complimentary PRISM award entries.

  • Recognition on all social media channels and printed materials, including invitations and program.

Professional Development Meetings

  • Sponsorship of five (5) meetings/programs in a 12-month period; concurrent with where the sponsorship agreement begins.

  • Logo placed in meeting/program announcements in which sponsored events are publicized.

  • Logo placed under the Sponsor tab on prsarochester.org. Page will also include a description of the organization and a link to its website.

  • Verbal recognition at the meetings/programs by the PRSA Rochester president during opening announcements.

  • Two (2) complimentary seats to the five meetings.

  • One brochure and/or one promotional item at each seat during the sponsored meetings.

Gold Sponsors are entitled to the following benefits:
